this project include main house improvement with new roof, new windows and door, new HVAC system, new kitchen and bathrooms, the main structure was built with block, it's hard to replace windows and run electrical wire and plumbing work.At back yard built 1200SF detached adu with 3bathrooms 2bathrooms and 1kitchen.
