HOME RENOVATION
This project converted one bathroom to two 3/4 bathroom, remove couple wall at kitchen area, redo the kitchen ceiling joist to make the kitchen open and larger. All cabinets and book shelf were customized, converted the gas fireplace to electronic, and use marble to decoration the fireplace, all switches with wifi, garage door with wifi as well to make this house basic smart home.
TI-BEDDING STORE
This property was concrete block wall with wood truss, complete demo few wall, build new wood framing per new layout, installed three skylights, build new utility wall attached with exterior concrete block wall, build new T-bar ceiling, new insulation, new wiring, new plumbing, the recessed magnet track light make the store look more luxury, new glass door in the front and rear, all the display furniture were made with Egger wood panel.
