New construction with pool 

This is our design and build project, this project includes 1000SF living space, garage, porch, swimming pool, paver, BBQ. The house has low-volt speaker and smart security system, the 12' folding door make the opening very huge, one bathroom with cureless shower , convenient for senior, the porch ceiling covers by cedar wood plank, auto blinds with track, upgrade the swimming pool from round shape to square, demo entire existing pool and filter system, build new pool and filter heating system, all new paver and storm drain system.
